By accessing or using LearnSteadly ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
LearnSteadly is a homeschool portfolio management application that allows users to track attendance, log educational sessions, manage student portfolios, and generate annual reports. The service integrates with Google Drive for file storage at the user's direction.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use LearnSteadly. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@learnsteadly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
LearnSteadly offers a free Basic plan for the first year, which renews at $9.99/year, and a Plus plan at $19.99/year. All plans support an unlimited number of children. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access to LearnSteadly until the end of your paid billing period. No refunds or prorations are issued for any unused portion of a subscription term. Once the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be revoked.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, including student records, images, and notes. By using LearnSteadly, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
The Portfolio feature connects to your personal Google Drive account with your explicit authorization. Files are stored in a dedicated "LearnSteadly" folder in your Drive. You may disconnect Google Drive at any time from within the app. LearnSteadly's use of Google user data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service; (c) upload malicious code or content; (d) resell or redistribute the service without written permission.
LearnSteadly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. LearnSteadly does not provide legal, educational, or compliance advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnSteadly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of revenue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@learnsteadly.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LearnSteadly shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
