LearnSteadly ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name and email address collected at registration.
• User-generated content: Student names, grades, attendance records, session logs, reading logs, and portfolio images that you create within the app.
• Billing information: We do not store your payment card details. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
• Google Drive data: When you connect Google Drive, we access only the files and folders within the LearnSteadly-designated folder in your Drive. We do not access other files in your Google account.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the LearnSteadly service.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send you service-related emails (account notices, renewal reminders).
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Google API Disclosure

LearnSteadly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only request access to your Google Drive to create and manage portfolio folders.
• We do not read, store, or share any Google Drive files outside of the LearnSteadly folder you authorize.
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements.
• You can revoke Google Drive access at any time from the app or from your Google account settings.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google — Drive integration (only when you connect it)
• Base44 — app infrastructure and hosting

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

LearnSteadly accounts are for adults (18+) only. While parents may enter information about their minor children for homeschool tracking purposes, we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app.
